Hi, my name is Adrienne Richardson. I am a Christian mom of 4 children ages 13, 15,
17, and 18. Our
family is very involved in activities and volunteering at our church, Calvary
Baptist Church in Oshawa. Over the last 16 years I have been involved in and/or run
the nursery, church time, Sunday school, VBS, and various kids clubs offered during the
week. When our family lived in Calgary Alberta I had a home daycare for 8
years. Lil' Praying Hands Childcare has been established here in Whitby for the last 3 years. I provide a nurturing, safe and fun environment so that you will feel confident leaving your child in my care. My two room main level play room is bright and airy with plenty of room for the children. I provide meals and two snacks a day. The most important thing for me is
that your child has fun while learning about new and exciting things. I know
that each child learns at a different pace and I encourage confidence, self
esteem and pride in who they are and in knowing that they are special in God’s
eyes. I reinforce the good values and morals that you are teaching your
children at home to help them develop in every area. I have a list of references, current police check and first aid and CPR. I try to work around my parent's schedules in order to accommodate your family's individual needs for childcare.
